You can browse the directory and use the guided MatchIQ preview without an account or phone number. Pricing and demo forms ask for your name, work email, company, team size, timeframe, and optional requirements. The forms prepare an email addressed to admin@expertadvice.co. Your enquiry is not delivered until you send that email in your email app.
Product reviews
If you publish a review, we store its product, display name, optional role, rating, title, text, submission time, and a submission identifier in the website’s database. Your display name, role, rating, review, and date are visible to people who can access the site. Use a display name you are comfortable sharing. Do not include contact details, confidential information, or personal information about other people in a review.
Community reviews are not independently verified. We use review information to display product feedback, calculate ratings, and investigate reported misuse. To report a review or request a correction or deletion, email us with the product name and review details. We may ask for information to establish which review is yours before acting.
MatchIQ and browser storage
MatchIQ currently matches category, feature selections, and context keywords in your browser. There is no live AI service receiving those answers. If you start from the homepage, the context is passed to the MatchIQ page in the URL; avoid entering confidential information, as URLs can appear in browser history and hosting logs. Comparison selections use session storage on your device. Downloaded shortlists stay wherever you save them.
Email enquiries
When you choose to open an email draft, its contents are passed to your email application. Once you send it, your email provider and ours process it for delivery. We use enquiries to respond to your pricing, demo, partnership, or support request. We do not automatically send form details to every listed vendor. If your enquiry needs a vendor introduction, we will clarify the next step with you.
Service providers and technical information
The hosted site and review database use Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process connection information, including IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, and browser information, for delivery, security, and operation. Site access may require a sign-in controlled by the hosting provider. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them. Vendor logos are served from the website’s own files.
Cookies and analytics
We have not added advertising trackers or an analytics service to this website. The site uses browser session storage for comparison choices. The hosting and sign-in services may use their own cookies or similar technology; their privacy policies govern those services.
Retention and your choices
Published reviews remain stored until removed; closing your browser does not remove them. Enquiry emails remain in our correspondence records while needed to respond, manage the relationship, or meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you shared. We will review the request and explain any information we need or limitations that apply.
External links and international processing
Vendor websites and email services have their own privacy practices. When you follow a vendor link, you leave this website. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
